NOSTIN GROUP designs and manufactures innovative material handling solutions including Vacuum Lifters, Glass Handling Equipment, Steel Sheet Lifters, and Customized Industrial Lifting Systems. We are expanding across India and are looking for passionate sales professionals to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent B2B leads through field visits, cold calling, LinkedIn, and online inquiries.
- Meet factory owners, plant heads, purchase managers, and project engineers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable lifting solutions.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
- Follow up with prospects and convert them into long-term customers.
- Develop dealer and distributor networks in assigned territories.
- Coordinate with the engineering team for technical discussions.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Industrial/B2B Sales.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.




- Comfortable travelling for customer meetings.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes or industrial machinery is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to build a career in industrial sales.
