About the Role
We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to expand our software/tech sales pipeline, build strong client relationships, and close deals both domestically and internationally, with a focus on Gulf markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and generate new business leads in the tech/software space
- Coordinate with international clients, especially in Gulf countries
- Travel abroad for client meetings, demos, and deal closures
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with technical/product teams to tailor solutions for client needs
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts

Requirements





- Minimum 3–4 years of prior experience in software/tech sales (mandatory)
- Valid passport (mandatory)
- Proven track record of closing deals, ideally with international clients
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness and flexibility to travel to Gulf countries
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (preferred)

Language Requirements

- Mandatory: Hindi , English and Malayalam
- Added advantage: Arabic

Preferred

- Prior experience selling into Gulf/Middle East markets
- Existing network of clients/partners in the region

Pay: ₹30,073.16 - ₹54,410.26 per month
