Job Summary

Evolvere Facades Private Limited is hiring a Production Manager for uPVC and glazing factory operations. The role involves production planning, shop-floor supervision, quality control, manpower handling, material coordination, and timely dispatch execution.

Responsibilities

Manage daily production for uPVC and glazing work.

Supervise fabrication, assembly, glazing, and finishing activities.

Coordinate with quality, stores, purchase, and dispatch teams.

Monitor manpower, output, wastage, and material usage.





Maintain quality standards and production timelines.

Prepare daily and weekly production reports.

Ensure smooth factory operations and safety compliance.

Requirements:

Experience in uPVC, glazing, façade, or related manufacturing.

Robust team handling and production planning skills.

Knowledge of factory operations and quality control.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,310.45 - ₹69,311.97 per month
