Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales targets for skincare products/services within salons, spas, and beauty clinics in the assigned territory
- Onboard new salons and beauty partners; strengthen relationships with existing salon owners
- Manage and mentor a team of techno sales/field executives conducting salon demo visits
- Plan and execute in-salon product demonstrations, training sessions, and promotional activities
- Track competitor products, pricing, and market trends in the skincare/salon space
- Ensure regular stock replenishment, order follow-ups, and timely payment collections from salon partners
- Build solid after-sales support and grievance resolution processes for salon clients
- Analyze territory performance and share regular sales/market reports with senior management
- Coordinate with marketing team for salon-focused campaigns and product launches
- Identify potential high-footfall salons/spas for premium product placement





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or salon industry sales strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of salon/spa business operations and dealer network handling
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Team management experience with field/techno sales staff
- Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai for salon visits
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/reporting tools

Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience

Pay: ₹16,092.70 - ₹30,000.00 per month
