Hiring: Corporate Sales Manager (B2B) – Travel & Tourism

Experience: 4+ years

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Linked Incentive

Location: Delhi NCR (Remote/Field-Based)

Office Visit: Once a week (or as required)

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate new B2B business by acquiring corporate clients.

2. Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and client meetings to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.

3. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.

4. Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

5. Identify new business opportunities and represent the company at industry events.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's/master’s degree in business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.

2.



4+ years of B2B sales/business development experience in the Travel & Tourism/DMC/MICE/Hospitality/corporate travel industry.

3. Robust skills in Client Acquisition, Business Development, Negotiation,

Account Management, and Relationship Building.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

5. Target-driven with a proactive approach.
