Job Summary

Navavyuh Tech is looking for a passionate and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist Executive who has hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, paid advertising campaigns, and digital growth techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO activities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize website content for improved search engine rankings
- Manage Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- Build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority
- Monitor website performance and prepare SEO reports
- Improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions
- Implement technical SEO improvements and website audits
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Track campaign performance, ROI, and lead generation metrics
- Work closely with content and development teams for growth strategies

Requirements:





- 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO and Performance Marketing
- Strong knowledge of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Positive understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
- Knowledge of conversion tracking and Meta Pixel implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Excellent communication and reporting skills

Training Requirement:

- First 3 Months: Mandatory Work From Office Training in Rishikesh
- Candidates must successfully complete the training period before transitioning to the WFH model.
- Training will focus on company processes, project workflows, and performance marketing strategies.
