About the Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Content Strategist to lead the planning, creation, and optimization of content across all our marketing channels. You will be responsible for shaping our brand's voice, building content that resonates with our target audience, and driving measurable business results through smart, strategic storytelling.

This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a strategist but isn't afraid to get hands-on — briefing designers, guiding video production, and occasionally creating assets themselves using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals
- Build and manage content calendars across blogs, social media, email, video, and other channels
- Conduct audience and market research to identify content opportunities and target personas
- Write, edit, and/or oversee the creation of high-quality content including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, videos, and graphics
- Brief and collaborate with designers, video editors, and freelancers to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals
- Optimize content for SEO, ensuring strong organic visibility and search rankings
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, social insights, etc.) and adjust strategy based on data
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms
- Stay updated on content trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging tools (AI content tools,



design platforms, etc.)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Design teams to align content with broader business objectives
- Manage content production timelines and ensure timely delivery across multiple projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or a related role
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Good command over English language
- Good interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and content marketing funnels
- Experience with content/design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Familiarity with video content creation and basic video editing concepts
- Proficiency with analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content pipelines simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to effectively brief creative teams and stakeholders

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

- Experience managing a content calendar for a multi-channel brand
- Working knowledge of social media platform best practices (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Experience with AI-assisted content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.)
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills
- Prior experience mentoring or managing junior content creators/writers

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
