We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Accountant – Recovery Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations and recovery activities. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, supporting billing and invoicing processes, and ensuring timely follow-up and recovery of outstanding payments. The position requires regular coordination with clients and internal teams and plays a key role in maintaining healthy receivables and financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance Support

- Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts
- Maintain general ledger entries and assist in account reconciliations
- Support invoicing, billing, and documentation processes
- Assist in preparation of basic financial reports and statements
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper records and documentation

Recovery & Receivables Management

- Follow up on outstanding payments with customers through calls, emails, and coordination
- Track overdue accounts and update receivables status in the accounting system
- Coordinate with internal sales, operations,



and finance teams to resolve payment discrepancies
- Ensure timely escalation of recovery-related issues to senior finance team members

Compliance & Documentation

- Ensure all accounting and recovery documentation is complete and compliant with internal policies
- Maintain organized financial and recovery records for easy reference and reporting

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, including accounts receivable and payable
- Experience in recovery or collections activities, including payment follow-ups and overdue tracking
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with accounting or ERP software is an advantage
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with clients and stakeholders
- High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines
- Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and a proactive problem-solving approach

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
