Job Description:
- Oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.
- Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as per the project specifications in accordance with the approved Project Schedule.
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractor activities.
- Prepare, supervise and approve the development of PEP (Project Execution Plan) [from construction point of view], and its implementation.
- To plan,
develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan to timely completion within budget
- Responsible for implementation of the scope of work in conformance with project specifications in accordance with the approved Project Schedule.
- Report to the concerned Reporting Authority which includes progress, risks and opportunities and variations in expenditure, if any.
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly MIS report and monthly reconciliation.
- Should make Site visits to ensure smooth functioning of the Project as per schedule.
- Ensure documentation of claims for any deviation in the scope of work.
- Receive all project related correspondence and communication and providing direction and action to his team including consultants and contractors.
- Coordinate with all support functions and external consultants related to project requirements and ensure smooth functioning of the Project.
