Key Responsibilities-
1. Process Optimization: Analyze production schedules, engineering specifications, and process flows to enhance manufacturing methods.
2. Waste Reduction: Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce downtime, material waste, and labor inefficiencies.
3. Facility Layout: Design and improve the layout of equipment and workspaces to maximize efficiency and safety.
4. Cost Management: Conduct time-motion studies and cost-benefit analyses to optimize labor requirements and budget allocations.
5. Quality Assurance: Establish quality control procedures to resolve production problems and minimize costs.
6. Data Analysis: Use statistical methods and software to evaluate production performance and provide reports to management.
7. Safety Standards: Ensure all processes comply with industry health and safety regulations.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
