Manage day-to-day accounting of insurer payouts ,brokerage/ Reward/commission income and reconciliation of commission payable vis-a-vis brokerage income generated. Experience of EXCEL and formulas.

- Reconcile insurer statements (premium remitted vs. brokerage due) and resolve discrepancies with insurers and internal teams
- Maintaining Insurance company relations and portals.
- Recovering brokerage and Rewards statement for the cases unbilled.
- Oversee client ledger accounts — track premium receivables, follow up on outstanding dues, and coordinate with sales/relationship teams for collections
- Ensure timely and accurate GST invoicing on brokerage income and compliance with GST regulations applicable to insurance intermediaries
- Prepare MIS reports — brokerage income by insurer/line of business, aging reports,



receivables/payables summary
- Coordinate statutory and internal audits; ensure books are audit-ready
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI broker accounting norms (e.g., maintenance of insurer/client money in designated accounts, timely remittance of premiums)
- Handle TDS, GST returns, and other regulatory filings related to broking income
- Supervise a small accounts team; review journal entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing
- Liaise with insurers’ finance teams for reconciliation of bulk motor policy accounts (fleet/corporate business)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
