We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Centre Manager to oversee the overall operations, business development, student/customer experience, and team management of the center. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, sales, and operational management skills to ensure smooth functioning and achievement of business targets.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management

- Manage day-to-day center operations efficiently.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments and staff.
- Maintain center discipline, cleanliness, and overall administration.
- Monitor attendance, schedules, and operational reports.

Team Management

- Lead, motivate, and supervise the center staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Provide guidance and training to employees for better productivity.

Sales & Business Development

- Achieve monthly admission/revenue targets.
- Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and conversion of leads.
- Develop local marketing and promotional activities to increase enrollments/business.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, or local partners.





Student/Customer Relationship Management

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve student/customer queries and escalations effectively.
- Maintain positive relationships with parents, students, and clients.

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain records related to admissions, fees, and center performance.
- Coordinate with senior management for operational updates.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
