We are developing a large-scale UK Curriculum / International Curriculum Question Bank using AI-assisted content generation.

Levels: KS3 KS4 / IGCSE KS5 / A Level
We are hiring experienced academic experts for two roles:
1. Subject Head – Question Creation & First-Level Review2. SME Reviewer – Detailed Review, Correction & Quality Check
Role OverviewSubject Head
Subject Heads will create curriculum-aligned questions using approved AI prompts/tools. They will also prepare answers, solutions, tagging, difficulty levels, and perform the first-level academic quality check before sending the content for SME review.After SME review, Subject Heads will recheck the reviewed content, validate corrections, and approve the final quality before project-level QA.
SME Reviewer
SME Reviewers will thoroughly review AI-generated questions, answers, solutions, tags, and difficulty levels. They will identify academic errors, fix/rework content, improve clarity, and ensure the questions are accurate, curriculum-aligned, and error-free before approval.
Key Responsibilities
For Subject Heads
- Generate curriculum-aligned questions using approved AI workflows.Ensure accurate answers, worked solutions, and explanations.
- Optimize the question metadata workflow to guarantee precise mapping across topics, knowledge points, difficulty, and cognitive levels.
- Generate/regenerate required document visuals, including images, graphs, and diagrams/ flowcharts, and ensure they are academically accurate, clearly labelled, relevant to the question, aligned with the answer/solution, and seamlessly embedded into the final layout.
- Perform first-level academic review before SME checking.
- Ensure variety, consistency, and appropriate difficulty progression.
- Eliminate redundant, ambiguous, and flawed questions during the content review phase.
- Validate and integrate SME corrections to finalize the content approval process.
- Maintain quality standards and meet daily delivery targets.
For SME Reviewers
- Review AI-generated questions, answers, and solutions.
- Check academic accuracy, curriculum alignment, and level suitability.
- Review knowledge point mapping, tagging, difficulty levels, and cognitive levels.
- Rework/fix/make the content error-free where required.
- Improve wording, clarity, and assessment quality.
- Identify incorrect answers, weak solutions, or curriculum mismatches.
- Recommend rejection or replacement of poor-quality questions.
- Ensure consistency across large question bank datasets.
- Review, correct, and flag errors in all document visuals, including images, graphs, and diagrams; check labels, accuracy, clarity, question-answer alignment, missing elements, and overall visual quality before final approval.
Required Subject Expertise
- Candidates should have strong expertise in Information Technology / ICT
- Strong subject matter expertise.
- Experience in academic content creation, review, QA, proofreading, or evaluation.
- Experience with assessments, question banks, worksheets, mark schemes, solutions, or exam content.
- Ability to identify and correct academic inaccuracies.
- Comfortable working with AI-generated content.
- Robust written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in the relevant subject.
- Assessment development or quality assurance experience.
- Experience in IT, ICT, Computer Science, AI, data, programming, or digital literacy.
Mandatory Availability
- Minimum 4–5 hours per day.
- Long-term project commitment.
- Willingness to complete a screening task.
- NDA compliance required.
