Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and technology-driven Growth & Digital Marketing Executive who can strengthen the GLOBALPLUZ brand, generate qualified business leads, and support our business development initiatives through digital marketing, content creation, and strategic communication.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, design, AI tools, and business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing

- Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Business Profile
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Improve online visibility of GLOBALPLUZ
- Increase website traffic and enquiries
- Support SEO initiatives
- Execute email marketing campaigns

Content Creation

- Create professional social media posts
- Design posters, brochures, and presentations
- Produce short videos and reels
- Write engaging captions and articles
- Document project progress through photos and videos
- Publish project success stories

Lead Generation

Generate qualified leads through:

- LinkedIn
- Website
- Google Business
- WhatsApp campaigns
- Email campaigns
- Online directories
- Referral campaigns

Maintain a structured lead database and coordinate with the Business Development team.

Brand Development

Maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.

Develop:

- Corporate presentations
- Company profile updates
- Marketing brochures
- Product catalogues
- Client case studies
- Testimonial videos

CRM & Analytics

Track and report:

- Leads generated
- Website visitors
- Social media growth




- Engagement
- Conversion rates
- Campaign performance

Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.

AI & Technology

Use AI tools for:

- Content writing
- Image generation
- Video editing
- Research
- Presentation development
- Marketing automation

Required Skills

- Support conversion of at least 2 project opportunities
