Position Description:

Sales executives are responsible for prospecting new business, upselling, and cross-selling within our extensive data base, as well as delivering results against a quota.

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent selling & communication skills in a fast-paced Education business environment. A combination of quality, convincing power, B2C cold calling, fearlessness, humor, and aggressive sales skills are required for this position

Education Qualification Required:

Bachelor's Degree, MBA in marketing (Preferred)

Experience Required:

2-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Recognize and reach out to potential customers.
- Person should be able to contact customers, for demos and seminars.
- Should take efficient and complete charge of lead discovery calls, presentations, and demos.
- Create and manage pipeline of qualified leads.




- Partner with product and marketing to provide feedback from prospects.
- Pitch products and services efficiently and convincingly.
- Develop presentations to demonstrate an attractive product/business.
- Follow through with customers and ensure complete satisfaction.
- Demonstrate company products and solutions.
- Follow up with leads aggressively.
- Understand the need and approach accordingly.

Technical Skills/Competencies Required:

- Proficiency in MS-Office and
- Skills Prior business-to-customer sales experience
- Track and record metrics throughout sales process
- Expertise in CRM Software

Soft Skills/Attributes Required:

- Active Listening
- Strong presentation / communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, Confident, and charming.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
