- Recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Interview coordination and follow-up
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Attendance and leave management
- Maintaining HR records and MIS reports
- Supporting employee engagement activities
- Ensuring statutory compliance and HR policies
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA in HR preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and HR processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
