Job Description:

Kanika’s Nursing Academy is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our nursing courses, increasing student admissions, and expanding the reach of our brand through both online and offline marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote the academy’s nursing courses (offline & online) to prospective students and parents
- Handle student inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into admissions
- Visit colleges, hospitals, and nursing institutes for promotional activities
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, seminars, and events
- Distribute brochures, posters, and promotional materials
- Maintain a strong presence on social media platforms to generate leads
- Collaborate with the telecalling team and support them in converting leads




- Regularly report performance metrics and targets to the management

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or education sector (1+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Must be willing to travel locally for fieldwork
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and lead generation
- Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Familiarity with the education/coaching industry
- Knowledge of nursing or medical field is an added advantage

Salary: Fixed + Incentives (Based on Performance)

Working Hours: [Insert working hours – e.g., 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday]
Target-Based Role

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
