### Job Summary

Impact Fitness is looking for a passionate, energetic, and knowledgeable Fitness Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be dedicated to helping members achieve their fitness goals while maintaining a positive, motivating, and professional gym environment.

### Responsibilities

- Guide members through safe and effective workout programs.

- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions.

- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and equipment usage.

- Create customized workout plans based on members' fitness goals.

- Monitor members' progress and provide motivation and support.

- Ensure the gym floor remains clean, organized, and safe.

- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with members.

- Promote personal training packages and other fitness services.

### Requirements





- Certification in Fitness Training/Personal Training preferred.

- Previous experience as a fitness trainer is an advantage.

- Strong knowledge of strength training, functional training, and basic nutrition.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Professional attitude, punctuality, and dedication to member success.

- Ability to work versatile shifts.

- Nearby candidates preferred.
