Ensure cleanliness of the dining area, cutlery, crockery, and glassware. Handle guest requests and resolve minor complaints politely. Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards. Process guest bills and payments when required. Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure excellent guest satisfaction. Lead and coordinate the steward team during service.



Welcome VIP and regular guests and ensure a memorable dining experience. Assign duties and monitor staff performance. Ensure food and beverage service meets hotel standards. Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth service. Train and mentor current team members. Monitor table turnover, reservations, and service efficiency. Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. Prepare daily reports and assist management in achieving sales and service targets.
