Sales & Marketing Intern – Kite & Sports Products

We are looking for enthusiastic BBA students to join our Sales & Marketing team as interns. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in field sales, business development, and retail marketing while working with an emerging consumer products brand.

Responsibilities

- Visit retailers, toy shops, stationery stores, gift shops, and sports stores to introduce our products.
- Generate new business leads and onboard new retail customers.
- Explain product features, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Collect customer orders and maintain daily sales records.
- Build robust relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Gather market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
- Assist in promotional activities and product demonstrations.
- Submit daily or weekly reports on sales visits and progress.

Requirements





- Pursuing or recently completed a BBA, B.Com, MBA, or related degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.
- Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and smartphone applications.
