Location: Bangalore (Yelahanka, Bagaloor & Ramohalli – Mysore Road)
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 / Month

- Lead Generation & Client Handling
- Site Visits & Property Closures
- Channel Partner / Broker Management
- Negotiation & Sales Conversion
- CRM & Sales Reporting
- Customer Relationship Management
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end property sales activities
- Generate and convert leads for apartment & plot sales
- Conduct client meetings and site visits
- Coordinate with channel partners and brokers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain customer database and follow-ups
Preferred:
- Real Estate sales experience mandatory
- Solid communication & negotiation skills
- Immediate / Early joiners preferred
