We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Busy Accounting Software and billing operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, be proficient in GST-related transactions, and ensure accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage sales and purchase invoices using Busy Accounting Software.
- Maintain daily accounting entries, ledgers, and vouchers.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Reconcile bank statements and customer/vendor accounts.
- Prepare GST invoices and assist in GST return data preparation.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
- Generate financial and inventory reports from Busy Software.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding accounts.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills





- Proficiency in Busy Accounting Software.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Experience in billing and invoice management.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting and billing.
- Experience with Busy Software is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of inventory management in Busy Software.
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or distribution companies.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Pay: From ₹24,000.00 per month
