Job Summary

Mantrin Institute is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller / Education Counselor to guide students interested in studying abroad. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, counseling prospective students, and converting leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with student leads generated through various sources.
- Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Explain available courses, universities, countries, admission requirements, and application processes.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable study options.
- Schedule counseling sessions and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by building trust and providing accurate information.




- Maintain student records and update the CRM/database regularly.
- Coordinate with the admissions and documentation team for smooth processing.
- Achieve monthly admission and calling targets.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with students and parents.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Solid convincing and counseling abilities.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 3years of experience in telecalling, education counseling, overseas education, admissions, or customer service.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered.
