Key Responsibilities

- Train students in Spoken English, communication skills, and personality development.
- Develop students’ public speaking, presentation, anchoring, debate, and stage confidence.
- Conduct engaging classroom sessions using innovative and play-way learning techniques.
- Organize activities such as JAM sessions, group discussions, storytelling, role plays, speeches, and interactive games.
- Support students in pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary, and confidence building.
- Coordinate English clubs, assemblies, competitions, and communication-focused events.
- Work closely with academic coordinators and teachers to improve overall communication culture in the school.
- Travel between both branches as part of academic responsibilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent command over English communication.




- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Creative and student-friendly teaching approach.
- Experience in Soft Skills / Spoken English / Training preferred.

Preferred Qualities

- Energetic personality with positive attitude.
- Innovative thinker with activity-oriented teaching methods.
- Ability to handle students from different age groups.
