Job Summary

We are seeking a Healthcare QA Test Lead with extensive experience across EMR, HIS, CRM, and Healthcare Applications. The individual will lead testing strategy, quality governance, stakeholder management, and end-to-end validation of integrated healthcare ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive overall QA strategy for healthcare programs and products.
- Lead testing across:
- EMR/EHR
- HIS
- CRM
- Mobile & Web Applications
- Integrations and APIs
- Manage test planning, estimation, execution, reporting, and release readiness.
- Lead SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration, and Production Validation activities.
- Oversee interoperability testing involving HL7, FHIR, DICOM, and healthcare APIs.
- Coordinate with clinical stakeholders, business users, product owners, architects, and development teams.
- Establish test governance, quality metrics, and defect management processes.
- Mentor and guide QA team members.
- Drive automation adoption and testing best practices.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, security,



and privacy standards.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Healthcare Informatics, or related discipline.
