About the Role
Heiley Spaces is looking for a smart, proactive, and target-oriented Project Sales & Business Development Executive to drive sales for our construction and real estate projects. The role involves client interaction, project presentations, site visits, lead follow-ups, and business development, along with supporting basic project coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up with potential clients and leads.
- Present construction and real estate projects to prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings and project/site visits.
- Maintain client relationships and convert enquiries into sales.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and project-related documents.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Follow up on project updates and support smooth client communication.
- Assist with basic project documentation and coordination tasks.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture,



Business, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with 1–3 years of experience can apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Smart, presentable, and confident personality.
- Basic knowledge of construction/real estate is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Must know to drive both two-wheelers and four-wheelers with a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel between office and project sites.
