Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and implement sports development initiatives with state and central agencies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including MYAS, SAI, state sports departments, and sports federations.
- Operate and manage digital sports systems like AMS (Athlete Management System), GMS (Games Management System), and other e-governance portals.
- Track, monitor, and evaluate project KPIs to ensure project alignment and timely execution.
- Support activities related to talent identification, grassroots sports programs, and capacity building.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, presentations, and documentation for internal and external use.
- Stay updated with current trends in sports tech, digital governance, and athlete performance systems.





Required Qualifications & Experience

- Education: BE / B.Tech / MCA / Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related/ Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
- 3 years of experience in the Indian sports industry.
- Prior exposure to organizations such as MYAS, SAI, state sports departments, or sports federations is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of AMS, GMS, and digital/e-governance platforms.
- Robust understanding of Indian sports systems, sports tech solutions, and government-led programs.

- Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to work on data-driven and digital tools.
- Passion for sports development and creating systemic impact.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
