Hiring for Liasion Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage government liaisoning activities for real estate projects, ensuring timely approvals from relevant authorities such as DTCP, RERA, PWD, and Electricity Board.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues related to land acquisition, zoning regulations, and environmental clearance.
- Develop solid relationships with government officials to facilitate smooth project execution and minimize delays.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the development process.
- Provide guidance on RERA (Real Estate Regulation Authority) guidelines and regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-18 years of experience in governance or government liaisoning in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of DTCP , RERA , Govt Liasoning, Government Liaison, PWD (Public Works Department).
