- AR Follow-Up: Call payers (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercials) to track and resolve claims aged 30–120+ days.
- Denial & Appeal Management: Analyze claim rejections, identify root causes, and submit formal appeals with supporting documents.
- Documentation: Log exact call notes, action plans, and payment status updates in the billing/PM system.
- Team Mentorship: Help junior callers resolve complex claims and share payer guidelines.
- Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to HIPAA and patient privacy regulations.
