We are seeking a relationship-driven and technically sharp Corporate General Insurance SME to manage and scale our commercial portfolio across diverse lines, including Property, Liability, and Group Health.

You will blend rigorous risk evaluation with expert negotiation to design customized insurance solutions and secure high-retention partnerships

Hiring for the Post- Manager - SME & Corporate

Experience: 7-12 years
Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and expand a portfolio of SME corporate clients (Property, Liability, Motor, Health, etc.).
- Evaluate the unique operational, financial, and employee risks of prospective corporate clients.
- Design, structure, and present customized insurance solutions to C-level executives, HR directors, and risk managers, and manage renewals based on client needs.
- Maintain solid relationships with decision-makers and insurers.
- Negotiate premiums, terms,



and coverage scopes to meet both the clients budget and the company's profitability targets
- Coordinate with internal operations, claims, and compliance teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key corporate accounts, ensuring high retention rates through annual renewals and policy reviews.
- Identify opportunities to bundle different products (e.g., GMC , Liability etc.,)
