Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

- Preferred Experience: 3–5 years of proven pharmaceutical sales experience
- Current Designation: Medical Representative (MR), Senior Medical Representative (SMR), First-Line Manager (FLM), or Area Business Manager (ABM)
- Current Employer: Candidates working with any reputed pharmaceutical company, preferably handling territories within West Bengal, are encouraged to apply.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- Age Requirement: The maximum eligible age for this position is 40 years.

Travel: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and be willing to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

Position Overview:

- Drive business growth within the assigned territory.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Medical Representatives.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Strengthen relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
- Execute territory growth strategies while expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

- Achieve territory sales targets.
- Execute territory business plans.
- Identify new business opportunities.




- Expand market share and prescription generation.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns.

Team Management:

- Lead and mentor Medical Representatives.
- Conduct regular joint field work.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs.
- Coach and develop team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews.

Customer Relationship Management:

- Build strong relationships with Doctors, Specialists, Hospitals, Clinics, Pharmacies, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Manage key institutional accounts.
- Ensure excellent customer engagement and service.

Territory Management:

- Maximize territory coverage and productivity.
- Improve product visibility.
- Monitor market intelligence.
- Develop territory expansion plans.

Distributor Management:

- Appoint and manage distributors.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales.
- Ensure inventory availability.
- Maintain distributor relationships.
- Coordinate timely order fulfilment.

Reporting & Compliance:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales performance.
- Maintain accurate field reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical marketing practices.

Candidate Requirements- Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.

Experience:

- Preferred: 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Experience as MR, SMR, FLM, or ABM.
- Strong record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience leading Medical Representatives preferred.
- Product launch experience is an added advantage.
