Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
- Identify potential clients and develop relationships to drive business growth.
- Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize closure opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and finalize deals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.




- Provide training and mentorship to sales executives to enhance their performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven work experience of 5 - 7 years in residential sales, preferably in the Bangalore market.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent sales, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess client requirements and provide prompt solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in English, Hindi, and South Indian languages is a must).
- High energy, perseverance, and a go-getter attitude.

Remuneration Package:

- Salary: 6 to 7 Lakhs PA plus performance-driven bonuses and incentives.
- Promotions and strong incentives, perks will be given as per performance. Attractive perks and benefits as per company standards.
- Immediate joiners are welcome.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
