Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and innovative Fresher, Graduate for R&D; to join our Research & Development team. The ideal candidate will assist in formulating, developing, and improving skincare, cosmetic, and oral care products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

✔Assist in research, development, and innovation of new skincare, cosmetic, and oral care formulations based on market trends and customer needs.
✔Conduct stability studies, performance evaluations, and compatibility testing under supervision.
✔Ensure formulations comply with regulatory guidelines (FDA, BIS, and other global standards).
✔Support the production and quality assurance teams in product development and scale-up.
✔Maintain proper documentation of research findings, formulations, and process optimizations.
✔Stay updated with industry trends, new ingredients, and advancements in cosmetic science.




✔Assist in troubleshooting formulation issues and optimizing product performance.

Requirements:

✔Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
✔Experience: Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and passion for R&D; in skincare, cosmetics, or oral care.
✔Basic knowledge of cosmetic formulations, raw materials, and regulatory standards is a plus.
✔Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and detail-oriented.
✔Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
