We are looking for a sharp, proactive Social Media & Performance Marketing Specialist to take charge of our digital presence, run high-converting Meta Ads, and help drive client growth.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing our Instagram presence end-to-end and running targeted Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to generate qualified leads for interior design projects. The ideal candidate understands visual aesthetics, knows how to write compelling ad copy, and can turn ad leads into booked client consultations.

Key Responsibilities1. Meta Ads & Lead Generation

- Design, launch, and optimize paid lead-generation campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
- Monitor daily ad spend, cost-per-lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to ensure maximum ROI.
- Test different visual creatives, ad copy, and audience targeting strategies (homeowners, luxury property owners, commercial clients).
- Follow up on incoming leads promptly, qualify potential clients, and schedule initial design consultation meetings.

2. Instagram & Organic Growth

- Manage end-to-end Instagram operations: grid planning, reel editing, story updates, and caption writing.
- Show off completed interior projects, site work, 3D designs, and behind-the-scenes content in a visually compelling way.




- Track engagement metrics, reach, and organic follower growth.
- Handle direct messages (DMs) and comments to build relationships with potential clients.

3. Outreach & Partnerships

- Initiate basic outreach and networking with builders, architects, real estate agents, and vendors for potential collaboration.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years running Meta Ads and managing social media accounts (experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, or Luxury Brands is a huge plus).
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Lightroom for quick photo/video edits.
- Lead Handling: Robust verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with potential clients over phone or email.
- Portfolio: Proven track record of running successful lead-gen campaigns or growing visual-heavy Instagram accounts.
