We are looking for a performance-driven Meta Lead Generation Specialist with hands-on experience in running lead generation campaigns through Meta Ads.

The ideal candidate should understand campaign optimization, audience targeting, creative testing, and lead quality improvement, especially for education-focused campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and optimize Meta lead generation campaigns
- Improve lead quality and reduce cost per qualified lead
- Test audiences, creatives, hooks, and ad structures
- Work closely with the content team for campaign execution
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Scale high-performing campaigns efficiently
- Handle lead form and WhatsApp-based campaignsRequired Skills
- Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in education or EdTech campaigns is an advantage
- Familiarity with WhatsApp campaigns and instant forms
- Basic understanding of Pixel / tracking setup preferred
- Strong understanding of lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of audience targeting and campaign optimization
- Understanding of CPL, CTR, conversion metrics, and scaling




- Ability to analyze campaign performance and take data-driven decisions
