PositionSales & Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager

We are looking for energetic, smart, and target-oriented professionals who can generate business opportunities, manage client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire current clients for branding, events, and marketing services
- Present company services and business proposals to clients
- Schedule and attend client meetings independently
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Handle client follow-ups, quotations, negotiations, and closures
- Identify new market opportunities and business expansion areas




- Achieve monthly sales and business targets
- Maintain MIS reports and sales records
- Participate in corporate meetings, exhibitions, and networking activities

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Branding, Advertising, Events, or Business Development
- Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills may also apply
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confident personality with professional presentation skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Candidate should be comfortable with client visits and field meetings
