Job Title Admission Counselor Location Coimbatore Job Type Full-Time On-site Experience Required 0 6 - 1 Year Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Academic Counselor to guide and support UPSC aspirants throughout their preparation journey The ideal candidate will be empathetic approachable and committed to helping students manage the academic and emotional demands of competitive exam preparation Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for student inquiries concerns and academic guidance Provide comprehensive information about courses study plans schedules faculty and institute policies Offer academic counseling and emotional support to help students stay motivated and focused Conduct regular follow-ups with both prospective and enrolled students to maintain engagement and satisfaction Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to resolve academic issues and share student feedback Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions student progress and follow-up actions Assist with the admissions process by handling walk-ins responding to inquiries and supporting enrollments Plan and execute motivational sessions or check-ins to boost student morale and retention Qualifications Requirements Bachelor s degree in any discipline preferred fields Psychology Education or related areas Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language Solid interpersonal skills with empathy and a genuine interest in student success Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel email tools and CRM systems Ability to manage multiple tasks work under pressure and maintain a student-focused approach Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Ability to commute relocate Coimbatore Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Work Location In person
