Job Role We are looking for a dedicated and field-active Legal Manager to support our collection efforts The candidate will accompany collection executives to customer premises represent the company in a legal capacity issue legal notices and explain recovery implications to defaulting customers ensuring recovery through strictly legal means Key Responsibilities Accompany collection team to visit defaulting customers Act as a legal representative advocate of Fuji Global Finance Issue and explain legal notices Educate customers about legal implications of non-payment Coordinate with external legal counsel if required Prepare and maintain legal documentation for recovery Maintain strong records of legal communication and action taken Assist in filing legal recovery cases if required Ensure recovery is done through legal and ethical procedures Requirements LLB LLM from a recognized university Minimum 1 years of experience in NBFC Banks in loan recovery legal collection Sound knowledge of loan recovery laws notices legal proceedings Willingness to travel extensively for field visits Strong communication and legal negotiation skills Ability to handle tough situations confidently and lawfully Interested candidates can share their resume at Hr fujiglobalfinance gmail com (phone hidden) Job Types Full time Permanent Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
