Overview of Job

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead to oversee and drive our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing. This role requires a leader who can inspire a team, manage multiple campaigns, and ensure the successful execution of digital initiatives that align with business goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring continuous development and high performance.
- Assign tasks, set clear objectives, and monitor the team's progress to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging team members to share ideas and best practices.
- Manage client relationships, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable marketing strategies.
- Present campaign results, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and more.




- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Ensure all content aligns with the overall digital marketing strategy and effectively targets key audiences.
- Provide feedback and guidance on creative concepts, ensuring they meet the required standards and objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a collaborative approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information effectively to various audiences.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a robust track record of leading successful campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience in managing and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and marketing automation software.
