To supervise and manage the complete bus assembly line by ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and manpower productivity are achieved while maintaining process discipline and customer satisfaction.

- Supervise daily bus assembly operations as per the production plan.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Monitor line balancing and optimize manpower utilization.
- Ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate with planning, stores, quality, and maintenance. Lead and supervise assembly technicians, operators, and helpers.
- Allocate work according to skills and production requirements. Monitor team members' attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Train recent employees on assembly processes and safety procedures. Monitor critical quality checkpoints during assembly.




- Coordinate with the Quality team for inspections and rectification of defects. Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce rework and rejection. Reduce assembly cycle time .
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production
- Engineering. 3–5 years of experience in bus, truck, or commercial vehicle assembly.
- Strong knowledge of bus assembly processes.
- Leadership and team management.
- Production planning and line balancing.
- Quality control and root cause analysis. Problem-solving and decision-making.
- Line efficiency and productivity.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
