Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of IT and software projects This is a non technical role good if personal is technical though focused on execution scheduling communication and keeping the delivery team on track You will collaborate closely with project program managers delivery leads and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and smooth project execution Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day coordination of project delivery activities Track progress against timelines and follow up with team members on tasks and deadlines Schedule and manage team meetings sprint reviews demos and client calls Maintain project trackers dashboards and documentation Ensure project updates status reports and meeting notes are completed and shared Escalate risks delays or dependencies to the Project Delivery Manager Coordinate with internal teams development QA UI UX to ensure alignment Act as a central point of contact for communication across project teams and stakeholders Assist in onboarding new team members and setting up tools or access Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business IT or a related field or equivalent experience 5-10 years of experience coordinating IT Software Development projects Strong communication and coordination skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery-focused setting Proficient in tools like Microsoft Excel Google Sheets Teams Zoom Slack Basic familiarity with project management tools e g Jira Confluence Asana etc Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized Preferred but not mandatory Exposure to Agile Scrum delivery environments Basic understanding of software development life cycle SDLC Experience working with remote or distributed teams Familiarity with delivery tools like Confluence GitHub for tracking not technical use
