Job Summary The ICU Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit This role involves continuous monitoring assessing patient needs administering treatments and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients including those on life support and invasive monitoring Monitor and assess vital signs neurological status and hemodynamic stability Administer medications IV therapy and advanced life-saving interventions per physician orders Operate and troubleshoot critical care equipment such as ventilators infusion pumps and cardiac monitors Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments interventions and responses Collaborate with physicians respiratory therapists and other healthcare professionals in the planning and execution of care Provide emotional support and education to patients families Adhere to infection control protocols and hospital policies Respond to emergencies and perform advanced cardiac life support ACLS procedures when necessary Participate in continuing education in-service training and quality improvement initiatives Job Type Full time Pay Up to 25 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Application Question s Day scholar or hostel Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience 6years 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
