Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service Sales Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through the sale of Annual Maintenance Contracts AMCs repair jobs and modernization packages for multi-brand elevators and escalators This role requires solid market understanding client relationship management and a thorough knowledge of elevator escalator services Key Responsibilities Sales Business Development Identify and approach potential clients including residential societies commercial complexes malls hospitals hotels and industrial buildings Promote and sell maintenance contracts comprehensive non-comprehensive modernization and breakdown services Prepare and present customized proposals quotations and service agreements Follow up on leads negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly quarterly targets Client Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with facility managers building owners and developers Conduct regular follow-ups and site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and renewals Market Intelligence Reporting Analyze market trends competitor offerings and pricing strategies Maintain CRM records of calls visits proposals and contracts Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to the management team Technical Coordination Coordinate with the service and technical teams for site surveys and job executions Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled within timelines Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree or diploma in Engineering Business or related field 3-6 years of experience in sales preferably in elevator escalator services Strong knowledge of multi-brand elevator technologies Mitsubishi OTIS KONE Schindler ThyssenKrupp etc Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Provident Fund Language English Preferred Work Location In person
