Hiring: Operations Manager – Cancer Day Care Centre

Location: Pitampura, Delhi
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the Cancer Day Care Centre.
- Handle patient billing, cashless billing, and payment reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Insurance/TPA companies for pre-authorizations and claim processing.
- Ensure smooth patient registration, admissions, discharge, and appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, pharmacy, and diagnostic departments.
- Maintain operational records, MIS reports, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
- Resolve patient queries and ensure a high standard of patient care and service.




- Supervise front office and administrative staff to ensure efficient operations.

Eligibility

- Graduate (MBA/Hospital Administration preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare/hospital operations.
- Hands-on experience in hospital billing, health insurance/TPA, and operations management is mandatory.
- Positive communication, leadership, and computer skills.
- Knowledge of Hospital Information System (HIS) will be an added advantage.
