Roles & Responsibility

- Work closely with the management team to provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations.

- Conduct departmental analysis to evaluate and improve operational efficiency across different functions.

- Prepare analysis and reports on business performance, sales trends, customer behavior, and market insights.

- Track corporate and startup functions, ensuring that processes align with growth strategies.

- Gather, interpret, and analyze data points from various sources to identify actionable business opportunities.

- Build and maintain Excel models, dashboards, and automated reports to improve visibility of key performance metrics.

- Support demand forecasting and inventory planning through data-driven projections.

- Analyze marketing campaigns and customer engagement data to optimize return on investment.

- Collaborate with finance teams to provide budgeting, cost analysis,



and profitability insights.

- Assist in streamlining processes and workflows by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements.

- Work on competitive analysis and industry benchmarking to help shape business strategy.

Requirements

- 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in FMCG, D2C, or startups.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.

- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, and dashboarding tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred).

- Knowledge of financial metrics, operational KPIs, and performance tracking.

- Ability to present insights in a clear and actionable manner.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, marketing, and operations.

- Strong communication skills with an ability to translate data insights into business impact.
