Job Overview We are seeking a meticulous and organised Visa Filling Officer to join our administrative team The successful candidate will be responsible for managing visa application processes ensuring all documentation is accurately prepared and submitted in a timely manner This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with office experience and strong organisational skills to contribute to a professional environment The position is paid and suitable for applicants who thrive in detail-oriented tasks and possess excellent communication abilities Responsibilities Prepare and organise visa application documents in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines Ensure all necessary paperwork is complete accurate and submitted within deadlines Maintain detailed records of applications submissions and follow-up actions Liaise with clients government agencies and other stakeholders via phone and email to facilitate smooth processing Keep abreast of updates in visa policies and procedures to ensure compliance Manage data entry tasks efficiently using appropriate software tools Assist with general administrative duties such as filing photocopying and scheduling appointments Utilise Microsoft Office Google Workspace QuickBooks and other relevant programmes to support daily operations Skills Proven office experience with strong organisational skills Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Word Excel Google Workspace Docs Sheets and QuickBooks Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail Strong typing ability for efficient document preparation Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred Valuable phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with visa application processes is advantageous but not essential training will be provided for the right candidate Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
