Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager ASM to drive sales growth and distributor management for FMCG products in the Delhi general trade market The role involves managing distributor performance expanding market coverage achieving sales targets and leading the field sales team Key Responsibilities Manage and grow FMCG general trade business in assigned Delhi territory Appoint manage and motivate distributors and sales executives Ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets Expand market coverage by adding new retailers and distributors Monitor beat plans daily calls and productivity of field staff Implement company schemes promotions and visibility programs Track stock availability liquidation and secondary sales Control distributor credit outstanding and claims Analyze market trends competitor activity and pricing Prepare sales reports forecasts and MIS Ensure proper execution of company policies and SOPs Required Skills Qualifications Graduate in any discipline MBA preferred 4-8 years of experience in FMCG General Trade sales Minimum 2 years of experience as ASM or Senior Sales Executive Strong knowledge of Delhi GT markets and distributor network Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage teams Good communication negotiation and leadership skills Preferred Candidate Profile Experience handling FMCG distributors and large GT outlets Hands-on field sales approach with market connect Result-oriented with strong execution skills Salary Benefits Competitive CTC as per FMCG industry standards Performance-based incentives Travel allowance and other statutory benefits Salary 720000-750000 per annum Job Type Full time Pay 60 000 00 - 62 500 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
