Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Workday Core HCM & Security Consultant with robust expertise in Workday Core HCM configuration and security administration.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM solutions while ensuring robust security controls, user access governance, and compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and support Workday Core HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Design, implement, and maintain Workday security architecture and access controls.
- Configure organizational structures, supervisory organizations, staffing models, job profiles, positions, and worker lifecycle processes.
- Manage security groups, domain security policies, role-based security, and user provisioning activities.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday HCM and security solutions.
- Support business process configuration, workflow management, and security governance initiatives.
- Perform security audits, access reviews, and compliance-related activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HCM and security-related issues.
- Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver effective Workday solutions.
- Support Workday implementations, enhancements, upgrades, testing, deployment, and post-production support.




- Develop and maintain functional documentation, security matrices, and configuration workbooks.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-user training activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-10 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation, configuration, or support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM.
- Expertise in Workday Security Configuration and Administration.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with additional Workday modules such as Absence, Compensation, Time Tracking, or Talent Management.
- Familiarity with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
