We're looking for a Recruitment Executive to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities

✅ Create qualified, ATS-friendly CVs tailored to international standards

✅ Apply for jobs on behalf of clients across target regions

✅ Optimise LinkedIn profiles for global talent search and recruiters

✅ Draft tailored cover letters aligning with specific job descriptions

✅ Consult with clients to gather detailed preferences (target roles, country preferences, relocation goals, and career background)

✅ Guide clients on skilled worker job markets and application strategies across the UK, Australia, and European countries

✅ Assist clients throughout the end-to-end job application process

Requirements

Excellent English communication and writing skills (both verbal and written)

Experience in professional CV writing, cover letter drafting, and LinkedIn profile optimization





Strong working knowledge of international job portals, recruitment processes, and skilled worker visa pathways for the UK, Australia, and European countries

Sound understanding of regional immigration guidelines and international job market expectations

High level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and client management capability

Ability to work independently, manage multiple client portfolios, and consistently meet deadlines

? Job Type: Full-time (Remote)

? Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (IST)

? Salary: ₹1,80,000 – ₹2,40,000 per annum
