About the Role We're looking for a content strategist who understands Instagram trends, visual storytelling, and how to create engaging vertical videos. You'll own content strategy end-to-end: from spotting what's working in the market, to scripting reels, to directing the shoots that bring them to life. You'll work directly with the founders.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and analyze competitors to identify high-performing reels and strategies
- Write compelling briefs and scripts for Instagram reels to create relatable and shareable content




- Develop and execute strategies to grow BookLeaf's and the founders' social media presence
- Direct and oversee shoots for Instagram content, ensuring high-quality execution

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or strategy — preferably in a creative or publishing-related field
- Experience growing an Instagram page to 25k+ followers is a big plus, but not mandatory
- Strong copywriting skills, with a knack for creating hooks and scripts that capture attention
- A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback, regardless of hierarchy
- A passion for experimenting and going above and beyond to deliver exceptional results
